Our streamlined booking system makes it easy to schedule your wheelie bin cleaning. Simply select the number of bins, create an account and confirm your payment method – it’s that easy! You can pause your subscription at any time.
All you need to do is leave your bins out until 8:00pm on your scheduled bin day, and our team will take care of the rest. We will send you a friendly SMS reminder the night before your service.

WHAT SIZE BINS CAN YOU CLEAN?
We clean standard 120L, 240L and 360L domestic wheelie bins and larger 660L and 1100L commercial bins. We can not clean steel bins or bins that are not on wheels.
CAN I SWAP WHAT BINS ARE CLEANED WITH A REGULAR SERVICE?
We don’t offer bin swaps. The bins that we sticker are the bins that we clean. If you require an additional bin cleaned, you can book a once-off or regular service here. We also offer discounts on regular services for two or more bins.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
No. All you have to do is leave your bins out on bin day, and our team takes care of the rest.
DO YOU SEND A REMINDER BEFORE THE BIN CLEAN?
We’ll send you an SMS reminder the night before to remind you to leave your bins out after collection.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS?
HOW MANY BINS CAN I HAVE CLEANED?
You can book in any number of bins for a once-off or regular service. We offer discounts for bookings on two bins or more on a regular clean cycle.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BINS ARE NOT LEFT OUT FOR CLEANING?
If your bins aren’t left out on your scheduled cleaning day, we charge 50% of the cleaning fee and return on your next bin day. If you’re unable to leave your bin out, please advise us the day before to avoid payment.
Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot go and look for bins. Please ensure your bins are left kerbside.
WILL YOU STILL CLEAN MY WHEELIE BIN IN BAD WEATHER OR ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Yes. We work every bin day, rain or shine. If extreme weather stops us from working, you will be notifed.
I’M GOING ON HOLIDAYS, CAN I PAUSE MY CLEAN?
Absolutely! You can pause your account any time by logging in to your account and selecting pause subscription. We will hold all payments and cleaning services until you reactivate your subscription.
If you’re not satisfied with our service, please contact us, and we will return and re-clean the bin(s) for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RUBBISH IS COLLECTED LATER THAN NORMAL?
This is why we come the following day, You can let us know if your bin was not emptied and we can reschedule your bin cleaning.
